Very progressive and establish strategy for Growth in Highly Technical and unique test and installations 4. Global organization and reputed services with dedicated employee contribution 5. Excellent organization to be part off.

      1. Due very high value and critical projects results and outcomes are seen only after two to three years of completion, 2. Needs long time to move and commission of any installations (this is the nature of the job)

      Great WLB, in the summer can work four 10 hour days or four 9 hours days and one 4 hour day. People is great, and connections to ITW companies.

      Cons

      Traffic to work is bad, and in a HCOL area in Minneapolis.
