      There is ability to learn different aspects of company. Great opportunity to develop deep relationships because it is a small business. Management is flexible.

      There is a communication problem through the company as a whole. There is an extreme lack of workplace professionalism.

      There is not one pro to working here.

      Cons

      They don’t do anything right by the book. They don’t make you do paper work to work there, they don’t clean pools accordingly so customers have to pay more, they don’t pay their employees for the hours that they have worked.
