The first few days weren’t easy but the induction process made me feel comfortable at every step. The team was also really supportive. There was a lot to learn and some of the team leaders were willing to spend extra time to train me and help set my goals. The atmosphere is welcoming and friendly. The team is positive and like-minded. There is a good balance between training and team activities. I really enjoy the networking sessions and the workshops, a lot of valuable insight to be gained.

Starting at the company was actually a big jump in my career. I was going straight from education into the professional world, and outside working with family friends, I didn’t have real work experience. I can feel a good level of improvement between my first day with the team, and where I am now. It took a lot of mistakes to learn and develop in the right direction. No one ever said that business development was easy. The transition was much smoother than expected. I learned more about business and people skills. I also learned quickly how to train and the psychology behind personal development.
