      Pros

      I really like the people I work with at LabStats. Management cares about employees and treats us with respect. I never dread having to go to work. I feel appreciated and the work I do is very rewarding. Our product has a huge impact on our customers.

      Cons

      As a small company, LabStats doesn't have the resources to provide everything that's needed like a larger company could. This can sometimes be frustrating.

      There is a lot of opportunity to work with other departments to better understand how the company works.

      Cons

      A small company means there is nowhere to hide and there is a high level of accountability. This is both a pro and a con. If you let something slip, it is noticed.

It feels great to work to support such a useful and needed product. - Management treats you like an adult; unlimited PTO, make arrangements for time spent out of office and you're golden - Very bright company outlook...recent changes in management and direction combined with a solid product means business will continue to grow
