Appropriately scheduled and never over-worked employees. IF you asked for more hours you got more, and people were very willing to trade and get hours covered. Kart Ranch was accommodating to high school activities, and events that required you take off certain amounts of days.
Cons
As an indoor cashier you were required to know how many things worked, however, the outdoor guys didn't seem to need to be trained.
