      Dedicated and caring coworkers Nice benefits and paid trainings Amazing senior management

      Cons

      As it is a non-profit, the pay isn't amazing. I get above minimum wage, but cannot afford apartment prices in most of the state. ($1000 for a 1 bedroom is out of my range by at least $150)

      Pros

      Management appreciates employees, competitive pay, excellent benefits, 12 PAID holidays + time and a half for working holidays, inclement weather closure pay. Helping those in need is the most rewarding part of working here.

      Cons

      None, I love it here and would not want to work anywhere else.
