      Able to work independently but still get help from coworkers as needed. Overall fairly enjoyable

      Cons

      Butted heads with some of the more senior employees who are stakeholders as well. Management changed and promises were broken

      - Great learning experience There is really lots of interesting projects going on, you have the opportunity to design and implement the whole system since everything is done in house so this gives you lots of experience - Work life balance Management is really fair, no one is expected to stay late or work on weekends. - Good culture Senior engineers are very helpful, they always try to share knowledge between the team. I worked there for nearly 3 years, everyone will be treating you with respect.

      Small company, so no much room to grow Benefits are not the best
