Pros

It's not every day you find a company which 'talks the talk' and 'walks the walk'. Intrepid is one of those rarities. I work with a fantastic group of people who truly care about making this world a better, healthier and more empathetic place through the power of travel. It's a mission I feel personally invested in. Support and onboarding have been seamless, with plenty of space to design and launch new initiatives through a pervasive entrepreneurial spirit.

Pros

Intrepid is a place where you can genuinely grow—there are plenty of opportunities to step up, try new things, and take on more responsibility. The culture is supportive and down-to-earth, and I’ve always felt like my contributions are noticed and appreciated. No two days are the same, which keeps things interesting, and working with colleagues across different regions adds a global perspective. The travel perks are a huge bonus if you love exploring the world.

Cons

The fast-paced environment isn’t for everyone, and things can change quickly. But if you’re adaptable and excited by change, it’s more energizing than overwhelming.

Pros

Where to start! - Strong benefits package - Great personal and professional development opportunities - Free/discounted travel - 4 weeks of PTO + an extra week to use towards a free Intrepid trip every year - Great people to work with and a fun office!

Cons

The pay is not comparable to other industries but is on par with the travel industry - strong benefits package helps this and I know work is being done to improve this, including recently hiring a Remuneration and Benefits Specialist and Analyst.
