      Pros

      There are lots of great opportunities to grow professionally at IK. I've been able to collaborate with different teams, which means I'm always learning something new. I am given the freedom to own my projects and see my ideas actually come to life. Plus, the leadership is approachable and genuinely open to listening to feedback and ideas.

      Being fully remote can sometimes make it harder to connect with teammates.

      - Pro-remote company. One of the rare organizations that was fully remote even before COVID, so remote work is genuinely part of the culture rather than a bolt-on. - Strong talent density, especially in senior management, who come from proven, high-caliber backgrounds. - Great learning and growth opportunities. I joined as a fresher and have grown into leading ML, Agentic AI, SDE, DevOps, and SDET teams. - A company that understands the importance of AI and actively encourages people to become more AI-enabled, backing that up with the required tools. - Profitable company with funding raised, which adds a good degree of stability.

      Cons

      - As it is a startup, work-life balance can take a hit at times. But that is understandable at this stage and a fair trade, as in return, we get to learn a lot and grow much faster.
