Excellent training programs, great tools and contest to help team members achieve goals. Great benefits, vacation and PTO. Flexible schedules. College tuition reimbursement and 401k
Cons
Learning the back end of the business can take awhile. Custom design is amazing but lengthy to learn if you are new. Overall great tools are provided to help you learn.

Good company, loyal to their employees. Co-workers typically have been there for 10 years or more.
Cons
Currently the company is in a bit of a flux due to a larger merger. Once operations are running smoothly, all will be well.
