Intelicare Direct is a wonderful company to work for, and I am so grateful to be a part of the team. The benefits are absolutely amazing as well as the great people you work alongside. It is a young company, so there is a lot of change but it keeps things exciting. The team feels like family after training, everyone comes together and works together smoothly and professionally.

Cons

Very busy environment, be ready to come into work and hit the ground running.

Pros

Good company, awesome people, workplace was progressive, fun events, focus on employees was good, the atmosphere was light and the morale was great.

Cons

The parent company has issues making decisions that were business based, the CEO had the right ideas but they neglected to to see the vision or look at the bigger picture. Occasionally, one bad apple would spoil the bunch and there would be some damage control.
