Burnout sets in eventually due to the nature of the work and being an MSP. The daily work can blur together and you need some variety.

We’re always coming out with cutting edge products and it’s really exciting for me to be a part of all these. • In my position, I’m tasked to mentor our Junior Engineers so that’s very fulfilling for me. • The company is growing fast because it is expanding globally. Once in a while, I get to go to the UK because InteliSecure has an office there. • Company culture is amazingly rich because of its diversity. Collaboration is practiced with both internal and external customers.

Cons

Being in the company of overachievers, I was intimidated at first. But my confidence grew because of the projects they asked me to lead.

Data-driven company with effective management and strategy. Innovative projects, opportunities to create unique solutions. The company empower professional development and growth: robust internal training system, mentorship. I've had opportunities to work on interesting projects with incredible people. It's a rewarding opportunity to work and learn. Work-life balance, with the support of my manager I was able to work part-time for several months. Good salary and benefits: paid vacation and sick days, medical, dental, 401(k), employee wellness program.

Cons
