Pros

This company is going places - It's been very exciting to see so much growth in just 4 years! Leadership has a great vision and it will surely take InfoSource to the next level, foreseeable within the next 5 years. At the moment it's still a pretty small company, so everyone works very hard and takes on many different responsibilities. I love that I've been able to multitask on so many different projects because each day at work is different and exciting! Management is fantastic; everyone truly cares about their team and coworkers really support one another. There is absolutely no micromanaging here. Moderate guidance allows a lot of creative freedom and the ability to think critically and problem solve on your own. Company benefits are also fantastic - 4% matching 401K, health/dental/vision, paid holiday and vacation time, company bbqs, pot lucks, and even a yearly Christmas special: Ina's famous biscuits and gravy. Very casual dressing attire - did I mention that the majority of the office wears bunny slippers?! I have a total of 3 pairs now.

Cons

Not so much a con if you can respond well to change, but it's a pretty dynamic work environment. Things can change on a daily basis, so it's not uncommon for employees to have to drop what they are currently doing and refocus on an immediate project that needs to be completed/resolved. That can make things difficult as far as getting ahead on some tasks because the final product may have changed by the deadline. New ideas are encouraged on a daily basis but can be a problem to implement anything new when you are unable to take on more work due to a lack of resources.

Pros

Challenging position with decent compensation once commissions are ramped up. Nearly impossible quotas, but achievable with a lot of hard work.

Cons

Difficult to achieve quotas. Outdated CRM with thousands of leads. Not a lot of support from management staff. Long sales cycle.

Pros

Lots of turnover which meant I received a larger territory and more accounts. This lead to some pretty big sales in a short period of time. But after that....not much to speak of. The base is decent and they pay an extra $2k a quarter if you're the #1 rep - bonuses are where it's at. Out the door at 5P every day.

Cons

Very strict on breaks - 1 hour for lunch to be taken at noon sharp. Micromanaged. 60 cold calls a day every day, saying the same thing gets monotonous. Company culture is non-exist due to incredible turnover.
