- Safety is number one and they really stay on top of training. - Pay is a little higher than average for area. - Benefits are pretty good at the time of writing this.

Cons

- if you're production you will never get into an office position the way things are ran now. - there's a pretty deep divide between the office workers and production crew. Something that is driven even deeper by certain attitudes within the office.

Working place is good. Has good amenities and the team is awesome, although the rotation (understandable) makes it hard to establish something firm, it is a good place to start your work experience.

Cons

Some of the upper management team will look down to you like you're nothing.
