      Pros

      Good place for learning as the company is growing from a start-up into a SME. It still has the casual and friendly atmosphere of a start-up while also building up professional capacity. Senior Management Team are passionate about the work and I can feel that many people actually enjoy their work rather than just do it as a job. Free lunch and snacks provided. Friendly colleagues.

      Cons

      They are still building up their capacity and not all systems are in place yet so sometimes can be messy. Work priorities change quite frequently.
