      Pros

      I joined because of the team! Howl has great leadership and really talented people. You're also given autonomy to make your own decisions and recommendations and really own the work you do. The product itself is redefining the space and very ambitious which is exciting! The design team is SUPER strong. Fully remote & quite flexible, Friday's are meeting-less days for deep work and exploration. And! It's been a ton of fun!

      Pros

      - I love the people I work with, who are all very collaborative, smart and hard-working (and diverse!) - The company is in a growing phase which allows for non-stop creativity, offering constructive feedback to the CEO, and implementing new ways of working. I like feeling autonomous in my work that can turn into larger company-wide initiatives or processes. - The clients and partners we work with are fantastic!

      Cons

      - Hitting revenue goals is always a high-pressure job, so you will likely work more than 40 hours to be successful. - Newer company and platform means you need patience as things get worked out and improved. It can be frustrating when things "don't work" how you'd like them to, so you need to be okay with that style of work.
