      Pros

      Great team ethic, teams are brilliant to work with. Plenty of ideas on how to improve the participant experience, and actual follow-through from management of ideals. Expenses paid for travelling to another site to work, and close cohesion with third parties, like the DWP, Cosmic, LIFT and MIND

      Cons

      Training is very inconsistent, some in our office spent 2 weeks learning how to use our systems, whilst others had 3 days to learn. Case loads can become overwhelming to the un-initiated and can become stressful. Course selection can be underwhelming, and the pay is very rigid, and time-off is generally lower than competitors

      Go Train’s staff care deeply about the company’s mission to improve learners’ lives through education. Management wants to grow the company and to do it the right way.

      Cons

      The company is fixing a lot of legacy problems, meaning the day to day can be challenging - but ultimately highly rewarding.
