The culture and work environment at GenBio is incredibly positive and likeable. Compensation is decent, but the perks are amazing. Sincere and effective DEI initiatives, great work life balance.

Cons

Structure can feel disorganized at times, like nobody is really at the helm. Vulnerable to layoffs like any pharma company.
