      Fast paced work environment with new projects constantly. An excellent place to learn new things. Great work life balance. Remote work model. Empathetic leadership that really cares about employee happiness.

      Cons

      There are no cons unless you didn't like one of the pros.

      Pros

      Full Spectrum Software offer a flexible work environment and interesting projects to work on in Life Sciences, Robotics and Medical Device Software Development and testing. The environment is very collaborative and team oriented. Catered free lunch every Friday is nice too!!

      Cons

      Benefits could maybe be a little bit better.
