      Pros

      I really cannot point out any pros. Benefits are ok, not great. Salary low per industry standards, and your workload is very high.

      Owner does not care about employees or residents.

      Tax Credit Experience, and the residents are wonderful

      Mangers micro- manage and overall poor management
