Coming into this industry not knowing anything about SEO was daunting. The team welcomed me with open arms and taught me all that I would need to know to be successful, and still does. In previous jobs, I had always worked for large companies, and working for a smaller company has been a breath of fresh air. The owner is always looking into new ways to make us better at what we do and grow. Firestarter believes in taking care of its team and I have always felt like I belonged!
Cons
Working for a small company is not always easy as you can feel a little more of the pressure and have to be adaptable. This has especially shown itself during the pandemic.

Firestarter is a lean company constantly looking for new and unique ways to implement campaigns. While the core of what we have done here has remained the same, our ability to investigate and quickly implement new strategies keeps us on our toes.
Cons
In the nature of SEO, things can be complicated without establishing clear expectations. With many of the types of clients we have, we are viewed as a one stop shop related to everything internet. This creates points of contention in places as we are pulled from the core of what we do, SEO, into extra efforts for our clients.
