      Pros

      A company that actually seems to live its values. Allows hybrid work and has good work-life balance. Office culture is respectful. Being a smaller company, you can really put your own stamp on things and hierarchy/bureaucracy is at a minimum.

      Cons

      Some growing pains but working to resolve them.
