      Pros

      Entre has created a genuine caring culture of respect, growth and engagement. It’s a great place to work and I always feel the owners truly care about the team’s welfare, while also running a very healthy business.

      Pros

      Worked at headquarters: Great team of professional, friendly, humble people. Lots of freedom to try out new things. Always working with most modern technologies. If you need software to make your job easier, ownership gladly buys for you. Light-hearted and welcoming company culture with minimal political machinations. Rarely felt the need and almost never felt the expectation to work more than 40 hours/week. Approachable and caring owners.

      Cons

      Lots of free lunches, but other than that benefits are quite spartan. Hardware is lackluster, at least compared to the top-shelf software provided.
