This company has scammed many real estate agents out of money by holding Agent Mastermind Conferences for realtors. They encourage you to lock in a zip code to market and offer a 100% refund if you choose not to use iAppraisal. They run your credit card at the conference to "lock in a zip code" and tell you on stage at the conference if you don't want to do it after reviewing the information, they will immediately refund the money. They DON'T. I know many agents who are still waiting on their refunds. My salesperson left the company. I am still waiting on my refund and was told my the new sales person that my initial refund was never processed. DO NOT believe or go work for this company.
