      indecisive decision making, bosses don't know what they want. They can only tell you their vision but they themselves are clueless as to how to get there. Constantly changes direction.

      Low wage. If unlucky, can get shtty co worker. Bad manager. Hard to OT. Work like full time but with part time wages.
