Good environment, HR - HR is for Human and apart from degree and a lot of experience, HR should be like Xanadutec who always stands to resolve any issue on high priority. A nice and stable team since last 18 years.

The hierarchy of a team is not that much professionally organized... results in dependency on the leads sometimes. The salary date is not stable. It ranges from 1-5 for the technical team sometimes and 7-11 for the non-technical team of every month.

1. You will get chance to interact with few technically expert colleagues in company and client on-site locations. 2. Fixed salary, no deductions or variable pay issues. 3. HR's will organize events for employees in festive seasons.

1. Will not inform you about work timings at the time of joining. 2. Work life balance is very low as you have to work on weekends without compoff or salary. 3. Manager will give you very negative feedback and humiliate you in front of other team members even if he doesn't aware of the issues resolved by you for yourself and other team members. 4. Micro management by Manager for working hours although you're spending 12-14 hrs a day in office and working from home 3-4 hours extra when required to connect with on site colleagues. 5. Did not receive salary for last 15 working days when left job after humiliation from Manager.
