      Pros

      None that I can really speak of because the company had fallen so far behind the market that nothing good could happen. Then the fingerpointing started happening.

      Cons

      Management is unrealstic about the state of the company and the market. Let's go against our larger competitors head to head, even though our software is stuck in the early 90s. I mean get serious.

      HRSoft is remote-friendly to employees.

      Cons

      Owned by the VC Bow River Capital. This group does not care about the employees at their individual companies, their performance, or their contributions, and will lay off employees at will without reason or advance notice.
