Pros
Some very very smart and passionate people. Many of whom have already had success at much bigger companies and are looking to do it again at Wealthfront. Lots of smiles - I think because everyone senses that this is a special time for Wealthfront. We're going to keep getting bigger (there's no doubt about that), but right now, with about 50ish people on the team, the office feels like a family. Hard work, but the work is rewarding because the problems are real. Very flat structure. Anyone can (and does) talk to anyone else. Wonderful leadership. Those in charge know what success looks and feels like, something that really does make us stand out from other start-ups our size (and in our space). I feel quite thankful to be here and very excited about where we are headed.
Cons
Hours can get long in the evenings. Can be tough if you are trying to catch the train back up to SF. Totally worth it, though.
