Horrible leadership - constant insults and put downs from upper management. Many times inquiries for assistance/guidance or to provide updates were ignored. Many positive things were shunned, positive communication was met with grimaced faces and impatient comments to "hurry up." Unprofessionalism - asking who is "hotter" as the CEO Kami Rahmati searches Donald Trump's wife and daughters during a professional meeting with a room full of associates. Complete disrespect towards franchise partners - again, insults, put downs, zero support, outrageous fines for minor issues. Harassment - constant phone calls and texts badgering and harassing employee's while off work on evenings and weekends. Incredible body shaming - "you are fat, you must live in Surrey...I can tell" or "the barista out front is ugly and I don't want her here." Quality of work was often disregarded if Kami felt you did not fit his standards of beauty. Lack of understanding - a co-worker had a family emergency which resulted in the passing of a family member and asking for bereavement. Kami responded by saying "why did you bother looking for a job when you had this problem?"
