Late/no salary pay during much of 2017, promises of payment kept getting broken. Expenses are encouraged but not paid for in many cases. Only less than a dozen of the 100 employees left as of December 2017, barely any activity in the factory due to inability to purchase building material. Not a single general contract construction project fully completed since 2016 due to financial and management problems. Few employee has a wholesome view of the problems due to dishonesty at the top, which lead to them lying to customers who made down payments with great optimism and trust, only to end with extreme frustration and financial debacle. General lack of respect for employees including but not limited to: arbitrary unpaid overtime request (evening & weekends), email/phone call over weekends/public holidays, withholding information or providing misinformation on company financial status.
