The pay is great, and the benefits package is good. The company is interested in maintaining a healthy work life balance. The site is currently the only facility of its kind in the United States. The international aspect of the company can provide opportunity for travel, and the meeting of multiple cultures.
Cons
The location is less than desirable, and the quality of the facility does not represent the amount of money invested in construction.
