The co workers - that's it. OH and that the CEO FINALLY just announced he is stepping down starting June, Icarus flew too high, burnt the company to the ground and is now leaving on his little boat to "see what's out there" The new CEO coming in is a chauvinist who has had multiple complaints about his dismissiveness of women in leadership positions.
Cons
That the private equity that tried to come in and save things couldn't - no 401K match, bonuses unless you are in SLT are non existent, Administrative staff are not taken seriously and input is discouraged. Layoffs from 2021 - 2025 were devastating to the firm, we lost a lot of really good, dedicated and expert matter professionals over bottom line #'s wanting to be higher. Should have started budget cuts in SLT Row in ATL
