Many team members were knowledgeable, hardworking, and genuinely committed to supporting the healthcare industry.

While employed at Cigna healthcare, I experienced a work environment that often lacked consistent communication, balanced workload distribution, and transparent leadership practices. High-performing employees were frequently expected to absorb additional responsibilities without corresponding support, while shifting expectations and excessive micromanagement created unnecessary stress and instability. Over time, this impacted morale, trust within teams, and overall employee well-being.

Team members were amazing to work with and great, talented people.

So many org changes that it was difficult to stay focused on enterprise goals and focus on the right priorities.
