      Pros

      - relaxed dress code - young CEO, relaxed guy - Lots of opportunities to test your abilities, since they handle different brands - really nice coworkers

      Cons

      - no organized design department, so you end up reporting directly to the CEO. - underestimation of designers, unrealistic deadlines ("do a website redesign in 24 hours"? LOL), etc. - severely underpaid staff - hard to get a raise

      - Lots and lots to learn, as the company is growing with a very progressive vision. - Salaries are at-par or higher than market standard. - Very flexible in terms of working pattern and location

      Cons

      - The company is small so the processes are still maturing. - Many aspects still dealt with informal and 'intuitive' fashion. - A times the vision is not clear
