•Absolutely Awful Management across EVERY LEVEL •Employees may feel hesitant to speak up about concerns •Awful pay •Horrible cafeteria food •Staff safety means absolutely nothing here! Beware!! •End up doing every one else’s work when others are lazy, with no sort of recognition whatsoever because it’s normal here •One lousy 30 minute unpaid break while administration and management get an hour paid break! •Nursing management NEVER LEAVES OFFICE WHATSOEVER especially higher ups • the higher you get here in management the less qualified you become thats the Shannon way. •Terrible horrendously money starving self-centered CEO. • Who does an RN start at $32 and hr if administration makes at least 80k a year in their cushy jobs? •Not too mention LVNS making a disgustingly disrespectful laughable $21 an hour •DON of nursing is an absolute joke and in this company her job is quite literally irrelevant. So do we just hire people for figure heads at Shannon? So confusing…. • NOT ENOUGH SECURITY! They keep saying they hired more but when will they actually have enough? NEVER because Shannon under SHANE thrives on and is built upon short staffing across every single job besides middle and upper management. •Insurance is a joke here (over $100) •Terrible PTO and even with what you are given if someone else ib your dept takes off that day well guess what now you can’t! (New Policy) • No rule applies to management whatsoever its their playground and you are the ground they are stepping on. •All that has improved since Shane took over is economic output of the economy. Everything has gotten drastically worse EVERYTHING ELSE. Literally he is A certified accountant you Are just a number in the equation. • Not competetive do they know the definition of? How can you be competitive if your a monopoly. They could at least pay a fair livable wage. You can’t even thrive as a RN alone on your income solely. I hope you never want to buy a house or a nice decent car. •Terrible parking • Physician focused company( they get their own parking garage and Paid health insurance) •Broken or almost broken equipment that does not get fixed…. •Terrible ratios •Zero accountability from Management (follows the code of higher up you are the worse you are at your job) Accountability is worse higher up you are. • No scrub store in Hospital (what if you need an emergency extra pair ). •Saw CEO once and never again. Never even saw DON. •expansion without proper infrastructure or internal management further underlies Shane’s theory on healthcare(maximizing profits while destroying every other statistic). • Crazy expectations for pay
