      Pros

      The residents, of course!!! And teamwork.!!!

      Cons

      Very Cliquey. Years of experience and pages of possitive feedback are no match for their impossible requirements in order to gain a decent yearly raise. Morale is very low. Communication is slim to none. Personal suggestions from staff mean nothing.

      Great Place to work. Enjoyed my time working there. Employees were nice. Environment was great. No complaints.

      Parking and location were kind of annoying at times.

      Attractive starting bonus and salary

      Cons

      Workplace culture took a huge dive after change in HR leadership Not a physician-friendly environment, physicians are evaluated by revenue generation and "ease of use", physicians cycling through 2 year commitments and leaving on sour terms My department was very male-dominated in a way that some female physicians may find exclusionary
