great bennys! days off etc.. all and all its a great place to work but upper management is clueless on what it takes to get the job done

dept heads are so busy trying to make changes to boost their resume they don't listen to boots on the boots ground. if you are not an educator you are just support staff they don't understand why a job cant be done . JUST GET IT DONE !!
