Benefits for family can be expensive

I loved the people I worked with and the CEO was awesome and cared about the credit union. Some manager went above and beyond but other did not and that was the challenge.

If you’re ever sick or have a family emergency or need to take time away for medical stuff it’s like they only care when you’re back and not about your wellbeing. It’s heart breaking because the credit union was amazing. Also the fact that some who are they never move up and get complacent with where they are. Like most the managers have no drive to move up and even if there is an opportunity to move up the credit union very very rarely promotes within. Overall you can do better and make more money elsewhere if that’s what you strive for that.
