Pros
The steady increase over time in pay based on years served, decent benefits (especially for singles), reliable pay schedule, company training offered, it's definitely job security, also job mobility if you want to move around departments and see what each is like is good.
Cons
High workloads, low morale, unsuccessful support for intercultural learning and working together, the anti-racism work is theory-heavy and application poor, high resentment, high illness, and low morale. line staff and management seem to be at odds and the goal of helping people survive is true but the thrive part is not.
