Pros
I would like to take a moment to thank Mike, Sam, Pat, Ed and RCI for acknowledging my 20 years with the company,
I am deeply touched.
Mike mentioned how the company appreciates our loyalty to the company, but what he didn’t mention was the loyalty that RCI has towards us.
This company is more of a family, people that will always be there when and if you need them.
The integrity and love of the company is unquestionable; through good or bad they base everything on good old family values.
In the 20 years that I have been here, I have had my share of ups and downs in my personal life. They stood behind me and held my hand through every single minute. Even now, allowing me work from home because I have my 85 year old mother, and a teen with Asperger’s living with me as a single mom.
Know you are blessed to be able to work for this company. Because you are.
Cons
With every company you have your people who complain when you are asked to up your game when times are hard. I read a review below and yes they had to downsize twice, but we were kept informed at all times of what was going on and appreciation was evident before during and after. There are no con's, a complete "open door" policy is encouraged and if someone has a problem, they need to use that.
