Chance to work with truly passionate people - Good work/life balance - Engaging, friendly and effective management team at local level - Possibility for both horizontal and vertical career development - Good atmosphere in general with good synergy between different teams.

      - Under market-rate compensation compared to other industries, at least for London - Struggling Drinks and Spirits environment which limits room for growth in the medium-term
