      Pros

      The people, the leadership, the atmosphere is worth living in. Our CEO is a lady, our Cellar Master was a lady, our zone director is a lady. I feel the power of being a women every moment - gives me a great sense of pride.

      Cons

      Selling Cognac is a challenge in itself! We deal in luxury which is a completely different ball game. One has to know how to sell luxury - it’s not difficult but it’s not easy!
