Fantastic Teams within each franchise. Empowerment of Floor level staff is great training ground of personal development. Distinct product offering within the accommodation industry: easy to sell benefits compared to competitors of same star rating.
Cons
Nature of franchising businesses can cause some tricky conflict-of-interests. ROI unreasonably high for some franchises, as each apartment is often owned by 3rd party stakeholders who require rent to be paid regardless of actual day-to-day occupancy.
