Cons
All for one and one for all mentality of alot of the recruitment consultants. Im sure this isnt just Quantica but recruitment as a whole. The company was very sneaky in some of its lettings go of people that had been there many years and had brought in many hundreds of thousands of pounds worth of revenue. Better treatment of staff needed but once the business was bought by the Kellan Group, all things went down hill and we were forgotten employees and especially myself who was made a homework after 7 years with the business, with no management of my position and role, no guidance and no training.
