      Pros

      - Coworkers are amazing and biggest asset company has to offer - yearly free pass - can visit other Vancouver tourist attractions - Free tickets to other Brewster attractions - benefits

      Cons

      - Bottom line only thing that matters - Prices unreasonable - constant customer complaint - little wages - Management doesnt motivate staff - No growth to move up with the company - Don't accept feedback - Dont support staff with customer complaints - No focus on good customer service - working outside in rain and cold - 'pursuit' brand makes no sense - boring - everyone is hired as part time - work in a tent - if slow season you get sent home without a choice

      Friendly staff, easy hiring procress/onboarding, free EDR meals (location dependent), and you get to live in an awesome location.

      Cons

      Not much at all, overall great experience.

      Pursuit did not prioritize employee well-being over the bottom line and it was felt by their returning staff.
