The Technology group operates in an environment where disrespectful behavior is common and often unchecked. Leadership models poor conduct, and their teams follow suit, creating a culture that feels hostile and unprofessional. Employees are subjected to intrusive gestures, loud tapping, and unnecessary comments that make the workplace uncomfortable. These behaviors have become the norm rather than the exception. One manager is particularly difficult to work under, frequently undermining her own team—especially when they receive recognition from others. Instead of supporting growth, she reacts with hostility and attempts to diminish their accomplishments. Although concerns have reportedly been escalated to HR, no meaningful action seems to occur. The behavior pauses briefly and then returns. The overall environment is toxic, heavy, and not conducive to healthy work. I would not recommend this company.
