      Portfolio management and account management programs offer ideal platform to enter an MBA program post-PAAMCO. Learning and development are part of the company's core. Firm is filled with incredibly talented individuals and has a very flat structure.

      Cons

      Account management analysts have to work long hours during busy times (this is to be expected with client-deadline-driven projects).

      You will never experience another place like this. Took it for granted when I was there. People are very nice and relaxed compared to others in this industry

      Job stability is questionable but if you work hard and prove yourself, you will never be worried about that
