Once, this was a 5-star employer. However Oracle ownership has been extremely detrimental, essentially destroying the once-vibrant company culture. In addition Oracle has made it clear that they're no longer investing in the software business, pivoting to an AI infrastructure business, meaning that growth potential is extremely limited.
