I honestly don't have complaints with the role.

Exponential learning environment professionally and personally. Facilitating positive changes in peoples lives ( doesn't mean it's easy or always fun but it's the most meaningful work I've ever done). Company constantly working to improve it's internal and external processes to benefit customers, patients and staff. Professional development is provided yearly in order for employees to provide the best, most up to date, evidence-based therapies for our various patient populations.

If you are in it solely for the money/ benefits and want a low stress easy job it's not for you. You learn to swim real quick or you sink. Complex, demanding and sometimes taxing work. ( I see it as a pro because I thrive on it but some people may view constant change as a con).
