      Pros

      Clinicians are very patient focused, lots of teamwork/collaboration between disciplines, friendly/small-feeling environment even though it's a larger hospital. Access to great continuing education with a decent continuing education bonus each year. Also a very flexible manager who understood that there's life outside of work.

      Cons

      Lower compensation, outdated equipment and space.

      Loved working there as a nurse. Great management

      Pay is average. They got rid of extra shift bonus which is a con but otherwise fair pay.

      The bullying I endured from my preceptors at Endeavor Health Evanston Hospital made me question my nursing career. During my first two weeks, I was excited to start my job, but I quickly faced aggression that felt intentional as if they wanted me to quit. This toxic environment hindered my ability to learn and grow, leaving me feeling disheartened about the profession I once loved.
